We recently had the priviledge of sampling Empire BBQ's cuisine and wow were we blown away. It was a cross between a perfect little BBQ roast house in the deep south and one of the fanciest New Orleans restaurants in regards to the taste of each bite.
Where did the amazing work come from? Look no further than Chef and owner Vincent Mangual. A family man who is endlessly devoted to his son, Vincent has had a passion for cooking all his life. Something that was just a part of who he is.
